IHOP in Salem

The food sucked. Never again. The one in Lowell is better. I told them i want my burger well done and it wasn't. And customer service was bot good at all.

IHOP is my favorite place but they lost the great staff they use to have in Salem

The food was good as always. The seating arrangements are going to take time to get used to.

Is OK had to reorder my eggs after I told them I like my eggs very well done even after the fact that I order eggs again they were still wet

They seat people next to each other. No one table in between. No social distancing

There were flies everywhere trying to get into my food and drink. Would love if I could eat the food in peace without swatting every 2 minutes. Eggs didn’t have flavor & the bacon was super super salty.

Different menus for different hours, waitress didn't know over light and over easy are the same. She told me they only cook eggs certain ways, wait what if you can't cook my eggs the way I want them then don't serve breakfast. I asked for the bacon crisp and got 2 pieces, 3/4 cooked sitting in a pool of grease. Yuck

Nice staff. Good pancakes, but extra dry hash browns.

Very clean our hostess and waitress along with the cook all made our dinning and meals exceptional we were very impressed

Very disappointed, a party of five, spent over 100 bucks. I ordered, egges and all you can eat pancakes, i knew i can eat more then two pancakes but no more then four, its was busy so I asked the waitress to bring me two more, she replied, eat those two first, I was like ok. I know the owner Aziz will not appreciate these statements from this server,. it was extremely busy on Sunday around 10:30 AM, we had to wait over 40 min, and wait another 30 min before we'd been served.

There was no waitress, she quit because she only had 2 days of training and wasn’t ready, the poor management in that restaurant left a great cook alone, by himself not being able to take orders because he was scared of being fired. The day before I left because she was too overwhelmed and had too many orderes to take down everyone was hungry and a bit impatient I felt bad, it wasn’t her fault everyone was frustrated and left about 6 tables just walked out the door. THEY NEED NEW MANAGERS .

Service was great. Food was as expected. But if you're looking for HOMEMADE...NOT THE PLACE. BUT A GREAT ALTERNATIVE IF THE MOM AND POP BREAKFAST PLACES ARE BUSY.

Love their pancakes. It never fails to have them. Flakey, buttery, melts in your mouth. The omelettes and crepe dishes are more than satisfying. Love this place.

Loved it!!Wish we lived closer.The service was perfect, the food was perfect, plating perfect. Inside and out this location very clean and professional 👍👌The server we had some lady, she took our drink orders down immediately, returned rdy to take our meal orders.We waited probably 10 mins, the cooks in the back did such a great job as well as the server who took our order. I really like IHOP overall. The servers are amazing. My only issue is this is only one that kids don't eat free on weekends and the poster is deceiving but other then that we love the people here.

Setting aside the fact that it is a chain restuarant like Denny's. Ihop is one of those places that is as good as it gets for what it is. It's ok food. Mainly breakfest. Kids get more out of it than adults.

The breakfast was delicious, the staff was friendly and atmosphere was great. The only down fall was the wait. I would go again and would recommend it to anyone.

Excellent service, waiting time was very good considering the amount of people ahead of us, the waitress was very friendly and helpful. My steak exceeded my expectations, at first I wasn't to sure about the spinach and end up being the best choice. Can't wait to return soon but next time will try breakfast.

Lately they’ve been rude. Love the food but the customer service is pretty poor when calling in or even picking up. Have came across very few nice waitresses

The biscuits and gravy wasn't any better than the McDonald's biscuits and gravy, but that's all pretty decent. Service was friendly and quick. Pancakes were good, as expected from IHOP. Will likely be returning in the future.Came back and had the spinach and mushroom omelette with hollandaise sauce (and added bacon). That was good enough that I added a half star (4.5 rounding up to 5). And it came with pancakes, so very money's worth.

The food here is almost never miss. Excellent pancakes. Huge omelets. Service is usually very good.

Service was great. Food came to the table cold and the restaurant is filled with fruit flies! Will NOT be going back

6yo picked where we were going for dinner tonight. Was pleasantly surprised, better than expected. I had the Colorado Omelet. Our server was excellent.

I called them 11 times, diffrent times because i had place an ubereats order and their line was always busy.

This place didn't get my order and refused to give it to me. Never come here with their bad service 😡😠

I love the atmosphere and the people who work there. Very great service.
